Sandi Rigby

Sandi Rigby, Croajingolong, Etching - triptych, 2003

"My inspiration for the 'Croajingolong' suite of etchings came from a wonderul coastal walk I did in Croajingolong National Park this year. Croajingolong on the Victorian coast is essentially unmodified coastal wilderness. Pristine beaches, rugged rocks, heath covered headlands, sand dunes, textures in the sand, seaweeds, shells, grasses, teatrees, wildlife and plantlife unique to the area - quite different to what I have experienced before." from Art and Design Prize website
